Job Description
The global equity services group of one of the world's largest and most esteemed brand-name investment banks specialises, among other things, in administering cross-border equity structures such as global depositary receipts and global registered shares.
They are now looking to hire a new product development manager to help identify, create and implement a bespoke portfolio of products. Working closely with both external clients and internal team members, this individual will be a key addition to a successful and growing business.
Duties will be to:
- Keep abreast of market developments globally in equity-related services / products, and determining impact on depositary receipt / global equity services business
- Explore new product opportunities based on new markets, new market developments, technological improvements / enhancements / breakthroughs
- Perform feasibility and cost-benefit analyses of identified opportunities (including identifying targets and sizing wallet), and preparing business cases for presentation to management
Drive & creativity are key attributes to possess for this role, and you will show detailed knowledge of the international capital markets and good understanding of cross border investment. This will be achieved through your impressive track record within the financial industry.
