Client Operations Analyst
£20.00 - £25.00 Per Hour

A leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm that provides a wide range of services worldwide to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, governments and high-net-worth individuals is seeking Client Operations Analyst.
The team supports client businesses globally and is focused on efficiency, control, and enhancing the client experience. In addition to its core functions, the team ensures the continued development and integration of client relationship management initiative, as the firm remain steadfast in their commitment to client satisfaction.
Key Day to Day responsibilities of this role will include:
•Booking and confirming single stock and program trades across equity and convertible bond transactions for the Institutional clients.
•Managing failed and unmatched transactions for our Institutional clients across our equity and convertible bonds business.
•Assessment and escalation of Operational Risk to business and operations management.
•Liaising and building strong relationships with the sales desk, external clients, and other Operations departments to resolve any trade related queries or problems effectively .
•Providing full post execution support and advice to our clients and businesses including any compliance, regulatory limitations, market specific requirements, and internal controls and procedures.
It is imperative that ideal candidate be able to speak Italian at least to a business level . You must have previous experience of securities products from an operations background or from a client service related environment.
You should also enjoy the challenge of applying strong technical skills in order to find innovative and creative solutions to problems within in a fast paced, high volume environment.
