Job Description
A Client Services Account Manager is required for Exchange Traded Derivatives Operations within an eminent international investment bank.
This function is responsible for the clearing and settlement of global futures and options trades on behalf of external clients and the bank proprietary traders. The candidate is required to develop and maintain excellent client relationships, must be presentable and have good communication skills.
Duties include: daily cash management; resolution of trade breaks; processing of FX trades; interest calculation; deliveries and cash and collateral management. Client visits will be required in order to build on existing relationships. During visits the successful candidate will be required to carry out professional presentations, provide training and updates on business and technology developments.
The ideal candidate must posses a very professional approach and a good understanding of ETD front to back processes. Good understanding of the various exchanges and products, as well as good understanding of the core process flows.
