Asset Servicing Claims Team Analyst
City Of London
£20.00 £25.00
A leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm that provides a wide range of services worldwide to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, governments and high-net-worth individuals seeks a talented Asset Servicing Claims Team Analyst.
The London Claims team are part of the London Asset Servicing team that are in turn part of Securities Operations. The Exclusive Claims team consists of 7 people with colleagues performing similar roles in NY, Hong Kong and Bangalore. The team performs functions on behalf of the Corporate Actions and Dividend teams within Global Asset Servicing team, supporting the Firms Exclusive Stock Loan clientele on Equity products.
RESPONSIBILIITES:
* Meeting deadline for payable and receivable cash & stock claims on Corporate Actions
* Management of relationship with internal Corporate Actions team through daily communication.
* Risk management & reporting - the monitoring of various reports and accounts and preparation of management reports to direct manager at a client level.
* Timely response to queries from internal and external counterparts.
This role will allow you to learn dividend product from a technical perspective whilst developing softer skills such as client service and relationship management.. It will also provide exposure to the stock loan trading desk providing key commercial insights to the business.
You will have previous Asset Servicing experience with a good knowledge of the dividend process. Previous exposure to client services would also be advantageous.
