Job Description
Global financial services provided has a 12 month contract opportunity for a 3rd Party Loans Administration Manager.
Job Purpose/Specific Duties
The primary responsibilities are to advance funds to borrowers under facility agreements
Review borrowers’ request for funds
Performs all calculations to ensure that the borrowers and the borrowers’ solicitors calculation of net settlement proceeds is correct
Review the accounts each month to determine which borrowers will be sent interest bills
Liase with Legal counsel to draft the required loan variation and ensure that the loan is varied in accordance with the terms approved by the credit committee
Review the monthly reports prepared by the Director of Credit Operations to ensure that all loans that have or will mature are monitored
Experience Required
Ideally educated to degree level Additional postgraduate or professional qualifications would be an advantage
Minimum 5 years experience in underwriting, completing and servicing mortgage loans
Must have some Financial modelling experience
Experience with credit risk management Or Must have experience servicing wholesale loans or exposure to wholesale credit
The daily rate for this vacancy is in the region of £500-600 per day.
