Job Description
A professional, experienced physical crude commodities trade support is required for an eminent international investment bank. The role is based in London.
The back office team for commodities supports the European commodities business across the following business lines: gas, power, coal, freight, emissions, oil, base and precious metals, softs and weather. Trading is both physical and financial. Products range from vanilla derivatives to complex options and structured and hybrid products.
You will become part of the team covering the activities of the firm's crude and products desk. You will be responsible for the daily reconciliation of exchange, deal tickets, broker and counterparty contracts ensuring that all information held in the commodities trading systems is accurate.
Commodities experience is required, with experience in physical oil and related products preferable. You will have a good level of product knowledge and exposure and experience in commodity related documentation and products.
