Job Description
A corporate actions specialist is required by a prestigious international investment bank, with a worldwide reputation for the excellence of its advice and execution in financial markets. The role is distinctly high-calibre and is based in London.
This role is within a rapidly expanding team and hence there is scope for the successful candidate to shape and evolve within the role over time.
The successful candidate's key responsibilities will include processing of UK, European and emerging market voluntary corporate actions within a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will develop strong relationships within asset servicing and its key business units (prime brokerage, traders, stock lending & private wealth management) to deliver solutions to their rapidly evolving business requirements.
Previous corporate actions experience within similar institution is desirable, but not essential. You will demonstrate excellent reconciliation and risk management skills, combined with the ability to professionally manage high-pressure situations.
