Cash Equity Support Supervisor - London
The investment banking services of a premier international investment bank clears and settles trades in securities and listed derivatives, manages funds transfers, provides asset servicing for proprietary and client assets, and maintains control over static product and client data. They require a cash equity support supervisor.
The cash equity trade support group support cash equity sales trading in trade allocation and client confirmation delivery for EMEA client for all equity markets. This dynamic group provide an essential level of control as well as being a key trade date contact for client, sales trader and downstream queries.
Key responsibilities will be to supervise day to day middle office trade support functions, provide leadership to team members and act as an escalation point for issues initiated by clients or the team.
Knowledge of middle and back office processes and systems is preferable, and you will demonstrate proven, well-developed leadership skills. Experience in delivering process improvement and product enhancement is required, and understanding of six sigma techniques desirable but not essential.
