Job Description
A corporate actions professional is required for an eminent international investment bank. The role is based in the city of London.
The firm clears and settles trades in securities and listed derivatives, manages funds transfers, provides asset servicing for proprietary and client assets, and maintains control over static product and client data.
Key responsibilities will be to supervise the corporate action processing team within the international trading group to achieve good results in a positive environment. You will participate in department recruitment, and effectively organise the work of the team, ensuring all events are reconciled and processed by your team on the key processing date.
You must demonstrate a detailed level of understanding of voluntary corporate actions, and will ideally have experience gained in a broker / dealer environment. Knowledge of stock lending business and experience in processing events on loan positions is desirable.
