Job Description
A corporate actions client service officer is required for an eminent global custodian.
The global transactions division is responsible for delivering global custody services to a range of clients and financial institutions. The corporate actions client delivery team is principally responsible for the prompt investigation and resolution of all enquiries emanating from clients within the EMEA region.
This position gives the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to learn about other products and services, and operational processes worldwide and an excellent platform to discover other areas of the bank.
Reporting directly to the team leader, main responsibilities will focus on investigating and resolving EMEA client corporate action enquiries within the bank standard, where possible. You will provide clients with constant query feedback until completed.
Proven global corporate action processing experience is required. You will ideally be educated to a graduate level or equivalent. Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and type of experience.
