Product Advisor / Customer Service Representative – Financial Services
Hertfordshire, Potters Bar
£18,000 - £20,000 Plus Pension, Life Assurance, Performance-Related Bonus Scheme, Health Insurance, 23 Days’ Holiday

The company is in the unique position of being a financial services provider still recruiting in the current climate, and as such, an opportunity has now arisen for a Product Advisor / Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Joining their Product Support team, in this role you will be a key point of telephone contact for Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and the company’s Sales team. This role will require your customer focused approach and experience from within the financial services industry, and offers ample opportunity for career progression.

As a Product Advisor / Customer Service Representative your role will involve providing product information and support to IFAs. This will involve assisting with pre-sale product and fund enquiries along with quotations.

You will also communicate with IFAs and customers in order to provide fund portfolio information, accurate quotations and answer general queries, and you will be required to learn about our client’s products in order to improve your understanding and deliver a superior service.

To succeed as a Product Advisor / Customer Service Representative you must have experience from within the financial services sector, preferably banking. In addition to your desire to go ‘that extra mile’ for your customers, you should also have excellent communication skills and a good level of computer literacy.
