Job Description
One of largest Financial Services organisation in the world has a great opportunity for a Dialler Specialist within the collections department. Role Purpose: To supervise the Dialler Campaigns for Collections and ensure all Arrears cases are contacted within acceptable targets and deadlines. Supervise the agents stats & working practices to maximise effectiveness and efficiency of the team. · Operate and manage Aspect Unison Dialler and manage AVAYA CMS Supervisor· Determine dialler list routing and utilisation requirements daily· Keep Dialler Analyst and Collections Manager appraised of hourly/daily dialler statistics· Communicate with business groups regarding dialler operations and execution of strategy changes· Control & monitor agent availability addressing issues as required· Develop dialler filters and recommend dialler attribute changes as needed· Test, analyse, and share results of new strategies· Create and provide detailed dialler reporting and supporting analysis· Browse dialler lists and monitor dialler lines to determine dialler effectiveness· Maintain contact with other sites to ensure consistency and best practice sharing· Maintain accurate records on dialler and ensure relevant information is stored · Training of staff to ensure that cover is available when needed· Design, recommend and implement champion challengers to determine optimum dialler utilisation Requirements: · Excellent analytical skills· Current Collections experience· Knowledge of current collections and other system applications. (I.e. Phoebus)· Self starter with demonstrated initiative· Possess a high level of integrity· Excellent PC Skills (e.g. creation of spreadsheets in excel with knowledge of using formulas)· Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including working Saturday’s, evening or days· Demonstrated organisation and time management skills Salary: A basic salary of up to £25,000 Neg + Life Assurance + Pension + Healthcare + Generous Holidays + Other Optional benefits.
