Established IFA’s based in London are currently seeking good qualified Mortgage Advisors to help drive the business forward

Role: 

To achieve company and individual business targets and ensure each sale is compliant with the relevant standards 

Main Duties: 

• Achieve new business targets as set and reviewed periodically
• Ensuring each sale is compliant and compliant files are maintained.
• Undertake any Continuous Professional Development required and maintain an accurate record at all times.
• Act in accordance with applicable legislation.  E.g. Financial Services, Data Protection, Money Laundering etc and alert Practice Manager of any compliance issues.
• Maintenance of company procedures and Development and maintenance of client relationships
• Initiate and drive new business campaigns.
• Provide assistance in resolving system issues with a view to improving the level of service provided by the company and hence enhancing the opportunities for new business.
• Provide Training of other employees where required 

Requirements: 

• Full CeMAP or Equivalent.
• 2 years Mortgage advising experience from an independent environment
• Polite, courteous and Customer focused.
• Educated to GCSE or equivalent level, ideally a graduate
• Computer literate
• Energy, enthusiasm and Drive
• Good team player
• Ability to build new and develop existing relationships.  
• Highly self motivated, honest and ethical. 

Salary: 

The Salary on offer is negotiable – £25,000 – £35,000 plus Bonus. OTE £65-£75k Uncapped.
