We are now comfortable that our model can produce about 250 mortgage leads from doctors, dentists, accountants, solicitors, investment bankers etc for each mortgage adviser that we take on. We need each broker to close a minimum of 30 of these each month and aspire to 40 per month. Our back office systems are in place and robust enough to support this. Also, any adviser that is regularly submitting in excess of 30 cases per month will have their own administrator rather than sharing with others.

Our average mortgage case size is £319k at the moment. This means that in addition to a basic salary of £24000 a broker can expect to receive at least £40000 in bonuses if 30 sales per month are achieved and at 40 sales per month (with various uplifts) about £60000.

We are not a training academy, so potential candidates will have to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the mortgage market and feel comfortable dealing with prime professional clients. They will have to demonstrate to us that they are capable of successfully closing deals over the phone.
