Job Description
Job Title: Trust Support Manager
Location: Wales
My client is one of the UK's top banks with a strong place in the market. Looking for a true professional from the legal sector to join its Private Banking & Wealth team as a Trust Support Manager.
- The ideal candidate will have the STEP qulaification
- Good technical knowledge of Trusts, EPA's, Wills and related matters
- You will provide a range of technical and practical support to Area Managers and Private Banking Managers
- You will identify business development opportunities to facilitate increases in the volume and quality of Trust sales
- Provide a range of effective operational advice and support to Private Banking Managers on all Trust/EPA/Will matters by formulating value-add technical and practical solutions to facilitate Trust sales
- Proactively identify Trust/EPA/Wills sales opportunities from existing customer base to influence an increase in the volume of trust sales
- Identify new business development areas to expand Trust product offering of Private Banking and enhance the volume of Trust sales
- Develop and deliver practical advice sessions and training modules for Private Banking Manager team meetings
- Evaluate Private Banking Manager performance on Trusts/Wills and EPA's and identify training and development needs to improve performance and effectiveness.
- Assist in the delivery of workshops to Area Managers and Private Banking Managers knowledge in the competence and securing of Trusts/EPA's and Will sales
- Deliver presentations at seminars to new and existing Private Banking clients in order to raise the profile of the Private Banking Trust/EPA and Will product offering
- Provide ad-hoc support to Private Banking Managers, including accompanying them on joint Trust/EPA and Wills appointments
- Be able to build and manage relationships All candidates must have a clean credit history.
