This highly rated law firm seeks junior and senior funds lawyers to join their busy practice. Product range includes launches of both AIM and full list companies, creation of onshore and offshore products, private equity funds, secondary fundraisings and reconstructions. Experience in any of these areas would be useful.They would consider as well any lawyer with a background in corporate law wishing to specialise in funds.
