Due to the continued growth of their Singapore office, they have a fantastic career opportunity for a corporate lawyer to join a busy team to undertake work for international and local clients in corporate finance projects, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.The role: The ideal candidate will come from a similar firm, where he/she has developed strong technical and commercial skills. Candidates need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, partners and the junior members of the team to whom they delegate work.The successful applicant will have:At least three years' recent post-qualification experience in private practice with a reputable law firm. An excellent academic record Fluency in English and a foreign language; working knowledge of Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) A highly competitive package will be offered to the suitable candidate.
