Formed in 2003 and located in London W1 the management has an extensive track record of identifying, formulating and delivering some of central London's most significant residential development schemes of the past 15 years. The company is focussed and experienced in undertaking small numbers of medium/large scale residential developments in the prime central London market. The company has a growing portfolio of sophisticated equity investors from Europe, North America, and Middle East including one of the UK's largest land owners. In addition they also have very strong banking relationships. Our client has very exciting plans for growth and has decided to create a new role of Investor Relations Executive which reports direct to the Chief Executive.

The overall purpose of this role is to deliver an excellent Investor Relations (IR) service to equity investors and ensure these relationships are maximised. You will be responsible for co-ordinating and formalising the IR function within our client.In particular your responsibilities will include; regular and direct contact with all investors and their representatives; delivery of accurate and timely IR information as required; identification of opportunities to develop new business with existing and future investors; develop and maintain proper procedures and processes to support the IR function; liaise and co-ordinate IR issues effectively with internal clients and interested third parties.You are an Investor Relations specialist with a private equity wealth management background and possibly with some knowledge or experience of the real estate sector.
