Financial Planning Administrator / IFA Administrator London SE1 £22,000 - £27,000 Plus Death in Service, Critical Illness Benefit, Permanent Health Insurance, Gym Membership, 5% Pension (after 6 months) Our client is a successful private client investment company. Founded in 1989, they have established a prestigious reputation as a professional money manager. An opportunity has now arisen for a Financial Planning Administrator / IFA Administrator to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for the administration of the company’s financial planning process. This will involve supporting an experienced Paraplanner who will rely on you to be efficient and accurate. For the right person there is ample scope for career progression as the company grows. As a Financial Planning Administrator / IFA Administrator your duties will include: - Researching clients’ and prospects’ existing investments - Preparing accurate research and progress summaries - Updating clients every two weeks by sending them progress summaries - Preparing all relevant paper work for the client meetings - Creating and maintaining client files - Submitting and chasing new business To succeed in this position you must have previous financial planning experience, and ideally experience using OMX / Figaro and First software. You must also be thorough, accurate and systematic, and enjoy working in a busy environment. You will also need the determination to improve and develop the administration as the company grows.
