Job Description

This London-based asset management business is one of the UK`s largest active fund managers and, in Europe, is one of the biggest property investment managers. They are currently working towards combining the group`s asset management businesses from around the globe to create a single, fully integrated business with an initial £316 billion of funds under management and significant potential for future growth. As part of this transformation, we are now looking for an individual to head up the Central Investment Services (CIS) team. This will entail leading in the formation of four key capabilities - Equity Dealing, Transitions Management, Treasury Services, FX Dealing and Multi Asset Fund Implementation. This challenging role will include critical tasks such as developing and managing the global scope of dealing capability to effect ?in time zone` execution capability, developing execution capabilities into new areas and developing global capability with transition management. Useful experience could include: . Dealing role within ?buy? or ?sell? side organisations, or both . Experience in managing and building a ?Global` dealing entity . In depth experience across Dealing/ FX/ Transition and MAF Activities . Experience of execution in one or more of: UK, US, European and Emerging Markets . Experience of execution across multiple asset classes, fx/ derivatives etc. . Proven track record in managing transitions . Proven team leadership skills .
