Job Description

Global Financial Services Group Has a brilliant opportunity for an Investment Assistant. Job Purpose To work in a team of 8 supporting and assisting the Head of Investments to ensure the smooth running of the Investment department Support the Investment Analysts with the communication of investment information both internally and externally To support the Finance/Investment Director in ad hoc duties Specific Duties To produce month end reports To co-ordinate and prepare papers for internal team meetings and other forums To maintain and co-ordinate all reporting for Investment Department Maintain and report on the department budget. To collate fund manager commentariesTo produce weekly intranet investment commentary and the production of the weekly performance charts and commentaryTo respond to Investment related queries both internally and externally and to provide marketing and sales support Experience Required Applicants must be educated to minimum A Level StandardMathematics in A Level is desirableExcellent Excel skills essentialApplicants must have an interest in investments and / or financial markets together with a desire to pursue a career in this area Willingness to study for an investment qualification, such as the Investment Management Certificate  The basic salary is £22,000-£22,500 + Bonus + Benefits
