Your skills, experience and qualifications can come from asset or fund management or an advisory role, but ideal you will be able to tick most of below:q Understanding trends in the pension and investment marketplace, investment markets, investment managers and relevant legislation q Professionally qualified (actuarial, CFA or equivalent) or near to qualification q Completed/willingness to complete Investment Management Certificate (or other FSA approved exam) q Willingness to challenge existing practices and conventional thinking q Able to think laterally to develop creative, innovative and practical solutions to meet client needs q Competent facilitation and meeting skills, being able to discuss highly complex/technical concepts q Prioritises tasks, establishing a clear focus and direction for others to follow q Openly shares information and own expertise with others, building mutually beneficially relationships
