Job Description

One of the world`s largest Fund Managers is currently looking to add to its group accounting function on a temporary basis. You will be providing a senior contribution to the Group Reporting team across all areas of Financial Accounting and Reporting. You will be a fully contributing member of a team which ensures that the company meets its statutory and regulatory accounting requirements to the highest standards. You will ensure that consolidated financial information is supplied on a regular basis to the Board, Management Committee and external parties. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects across the Finance Function and the rest of the business. You will be responsible for producing statutory accounts for the subsidiaries and assist in the production of the Group annual report. Pre-year end work will be focused on supporting the production of the management accounts and preparing for the year-end. Ideally we are looking for a qualified accountant with experience within the Financial Services industry. You will need to have a proactive approach to work and be keen for a challenge with a professional environment.
