Job Description

We are looking to add to the fund accounting team within our Asset Management arm of a highly respected and successful Investment Manager based in the West End of London. As part of the fund accounting team you will not only be responsible for preparing and checking the NAV calculations but you will also be expected to prepare the balance sheet and Profit and Loss for the funds. This already successful team is looking for someone who is proactive and can take on ad-hoc tasks within the department and who is keen to expand on a core accounting background towards a more fund orientated position. We are ideally looking for a part qualified accountant with experience within investment management or at a third party administrator. You will need to have good communication skills and work well both in a team environment and also unassisted. Fund accounting or administration background is preferable but not essential and we are looking to move as soon as possible to fill this vacancy. In a great central London location in a reputable and dynamic company this is a great opportunity in a short term position with a rate of around £25-£30 per hour.
