Job Description

One of the largest Asset Managers in the City is currently looking to add to it's already highly successful property team. We are looking for a strong technical fund accountant who can work not only on the European assets but also produce the investor reports on the UK interests. You will be responsible for calculating the management and performance fees for the US GAAP reported fund and also be responsible for liaising with the UK managers to produce the investor reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Ideally we are looking for a qualified accountant with strong core accounting experience and exposure to fund accounting preferably on the property side. The contract will run for around 6 months with possible extensions and paying a great market rate this is a rare opportunity in what it a tight market on the Fund Management side.
