Job Description
A leading M&A and Private Equity firm based in the Middle East seeks a Vice President to join its team.
Focusing on the MENA region and headquartered in Saudi Arabia, my client has offices in several key growth countries and as a result, is looking to grow the team. Formed in the 1980s, this leading brand has been involved in Mergers & Acquisitions for over 20 years and Private Equity since the early 1990s having raised over $1 Billion from private investors in the Middle East.
You will be a VP or equivalent in a leading Investment Bank, Boutique or Consultancy either working in the region or looking to make a move to the Middle East, this role is split between Dubai and Riyadh. You will have excellent academic credentials with a finance degree preferred. Post grad qualifications (MBA, MSc, ACA, ACCA) would be an advantage. You will be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. English is essential with other languages (especially Arabic) being a plus.
Based in Saudi Arabia, the successful candidate will be part of a growing team involved in M&A Advisory and Private Equity across the region. You will be involved in: Contributing to the origination and execution of large M&A and capital market transactions, with a particular focus on the MENA region, Leading transaction execution team and managing junior executives, Significant travel across the MENA/Europe Region
