Job Description
A leading Investment Bank with a focus on the Emerging Markets (Africa, Middle East and Asia) is looking for an M&A Associate to join their team in London. My client has recently completed a number of high profile deals in the emerging markets and is growing rapidly as a result.
You will be an Associate with prior M&A experience from an Investment Bank, Boutique or Big 4 firm. You will have exceptional valuation and modelling skills, with an ability to work on both the origination and execution side of a transaction. You will have good client facing and presentation skills from which you will be able to develop relationships and originate business as you progress within the bank.
The successful candidate will join a growing M&A team. Focusing on the African, Middle Eastern and Asian regions, you will be expected to assist the senior team in the origination and execution of transaction. You will be working alongside many extremely experience individuals from whom you can leverage from their experiences.
