Job Description
A leading global mid-market focused M&A firm seeks an Analyst to join its London office. Based in the USA and employing over 100 M&A professionals globally, this privately owned M&A firm has 8 offices globally, focusing purely on the mid-market and working across sectors. In 2007 they completed over 70 M&A transactions', including a number of cross border deals, showing their true global presence.
You will be an Analyst or equivalent in an Investment Bank, Boutique, Big 4 firm or a similar mid-market focused bank. You will have exceptional valuation and modelling skills, having worked on a number of M&A transactions from start to finish - this will be reflected in your CV. You will be entrepreneurial, looking to drive this business forward and make a career in the mid market.
The successful candidate will join a growing team with plans to move into new offices in Jan 2009. You will be client facing from day one, working above yourself, gaining maximum exposure on transactions. Staff are encouraged to be entrepreneurial, with some analysts running deals and speaking daily with CEOs at a number of clients.
