Job Description
A Derivatives Clerk is required for an eminent international clearing house. The role is based in the London Docklands. The derivatives team are anticipating Expansion once the current project is completed.
Main duties/responsibilities will focus on daily tasks such as:
· Ensuring procedures and processes are adhered to in a timely manner
· Checking/exception reporting + broker call-over
· Open Position Reconciliation(s)
· Margin Protection(s)
· Cash Settlement of premiums, fees etc.
· Running in-house macros
· Managing queries and liaising with Client service area
· Assignment/Exercise notification
· Daily Nominal Reconciliation
· Daily Lots Traded Reconciliation
Good knowledge of LIFFE product range and specifications is required for this role. You will demonstrate the Ability to assess information and determine priorities. It is expected the candidate will have solid back-office experience, from any background.
