Our client is one of the leading independent corporate finance advisories in Europe, with a strong footprint in the Americas and Asia. They are well established in telecommunications, media and technologies (TMT), real estate, automotive supplier and other sectors.Their teams excel in execution through their deep local and sectoral knowledge, their network and reputation. As an independent partnership, they provide tailored corporate finance advice free of the distractions of the capital markets or internal conflicts of interest. They focus entirely on advisory services and with a streamlined business, are able to execute transactions with speed, efficiency and with highest confidentiality. Growth of the junior team, and a very healthy deal pipeline has led to the need for an Associate.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have;
An excellent academic record, with a minimum of a 2.1 degree.
2 - 4 years corporate finance experience gained from working within either a big 4 accountancy firm or an investment bank.
A desire to work within an ambitious and entrepreneurial team environment.
