Job Description
A Transitions Control Administrator is required by our client, one of the world's foremost providers of global asset servicing and solutions. The role is based in the London Docklands.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the control team within the transitions division.
The position's responsibilities will involve:
- Exception report production - producing exception reports daily for stock, cash and pending positions
- Transitions tax reclaims - monitoring and chasing of outstanding tax reclaims resulting from past new business wins, processing funds received from prior custodians in relation to outstanding reclaims.
- Transition accounting - to provide support in periods of high volumes with unsupervised production of accurate reconciliations and sign-offs of transfer between account and in-specie activity.
The role requires a solid, working understanding of global custody processes, good knowledge of global custody, and the importance of client satisfaction. Your previous experience within similar roles should show solid analytical/research skills, an innovative approach to problem solving, and a flexible approach towards changing work methods and variable workloads.
