Job Description
A Business Process Analyst is sought by the transfer agency of a leading provider of asset services and solutions. The role is based in the London Docklands.
Reporting to the business/project team manager, you will work within the project management team within the UK transfer agency department. The department provides a third party fund administration service to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions and statements.
Principal responsibilities will be to review existing procedures, processes, and problems and recommend where automation or improved processes can be implemented. You will write proposals for system changes/enhancements, as well as implement new efficiencies to improve accuracy and timeliness and reduce costs.
To succeed at this role, a detailed knowledge of collective investment scheme administration and the regulatory environment is essential. You will demonstrate strong client focus gained in a financial services company, and process analysis/improvement experience is desirable. We seek strong, solid project managers/business analysts for this position.
