Job Description
An eminent international investment bank seeks a Funds Analyst, with solid experience, to be based at their London offices.
The primary role of the successful candidate will be to deal with all written communications ensuring letters sent are of business standard. The role will further comprise of responding to Complaints while working with Compliance to ensure all deadlines are adhered to. Query resolution will be a key element of the job while working closely with the Investor and Broker teams. Support will also be provided to the administration teams. A proven track record of dealing with clients and IFAs will be a distinct advantage.
The position would ideally suit someone with experience of client servicing on the telephone and through written communication. A sound knowledge of the financial market is essential and experience of administration functions of onshore funds is an added bonus.
The candidate should be numerate, articulate and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a good telephone manner is essential. It is important that they are self-motivated and are able to work in a busy environment with attention to detail.
