Job Description
A static data administrator is required to assist the senior administrator of the static data department of a leading international stockbroker. The role is based in London.
Main tasks revolve around administration. You will:
- Undertake all aspects of data administration relating to clients cash and assets.
- Follow up to date procedure manuals
- Update daily/weekly/monthly and yearly check lists
- Keep up to date with all changes within the industry
Good experience of client related or securities related data is required, and you will demonstrate the ability to maintain competence and accuracy at all times especially when under pressure. You will show attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, along with the ability to quickly understand and work to new requirements with a proactive approach.
