Job Description
This large, global investment bank seeks a driven and highly capable Graduate Recruitment Team Manager. This diverse and challenging management position will see you leading a team who are responsible for the attraction and selection of graduates across all business lines within global banking and markets, asset management, global research and leveraged acquisition finance.
Reporting to the global Head of Graduate Recruitment and Development, you will manage a team of 2 Graduate Recruiters and 1 Graduate Recruitment Coordinator. Leading on all graduate resourcing responsibilities for this challenging, fast paced and demanding client group, you will also be responsible for leading the team in achieving and successfully executing comprehensive campus marketing exercises and campaigns. Another of your key responsibilities will be to manage the development of programmes and their graduates, internationally.
You are strong leader with extensive experience in graduate recruitment, ideally within a front office business area of an investment bank. Possessing strong client management and influencing skills, you will be coming to this role with strong relationships with the key UK universities. Experience of leading international graduate recruitment campaigns is highly desirable.
