Job Description
A Client Service Manager is required for a premier asset servicer. Based in the London Docklands, the client service manager role combines within one role those custody client service responsibilities of the traditional service manager, account manager and relationship manager.
The client service manager is ultimately responsible for the custody service delivery to the firm's client base. The client services manager is responsible for understanding client objectives, expectations also the client(s) relationships with other areas within the firm.
In addition the client service manager is responsible for the management of the custody client service team.
Excellent knowledge of global custody product and accounting principals is required for this role.
