Job Description
A Corporate Actions Administrator is required for a premier asset management house.
The purpose of the corporate actions administrator is to retrieve, collate and verify full details of company share capital re-structuring (corporate events). To accurately reflect such events on internal records and ensure fund manager decisions are relayed to custodians for non-mandatory events, within required deadlines.
Principal accountabilities will be to identify, collate and verify full details of all corporate events affecting securities held on client portfolios, through the review of information retrieved from custodians, information providers and press announcements.
Experience gained in a corporate actions processing environment is essential for this role. We seek numerate professionals with a high degree of accuracy, and good written and verbal communication skills for this position.
