Job Description
A portfolio transitions coordinator is required for a premier global investment bank, which offers investment management services to global investors, investing in equity, fixed-income and alternative products on a worldwide basis. The role is based in the London Docklands.
As a member of the investment management operations group, the individual will play an integral role facilitating client events including on boarding of new business, terminated mandates and transitions. The individual will work closely with the client service administration team to ensure seamless communication and interaction with both internal and external clients.
The portfolio transitions coordinator will be responsible for the facilitation of all client events including client on-boarding, terminations, custody transfers, in-specie transfers and transfers between the firm's global offices.
You will have a working background in all aspects of investment management operations, preferably with a focus upon transition events. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and project management skills are essential.
