Job Description
A corporate actions administrator is required for one of the world's premier and most prestigious asset management houses. The role is based in London.
The purpose of the role is to retrieve, collate and verify full details of company share capital restructuring (corporate events). You will accurately reflect such events on internal records and ensure fund manager decisions are relayed to custodians for non-mandatory events, within required deadlines.
Solid experience of corporate actions processing is required for this role. You will be demonstrably numerate, with a high degree of accuracy. You must be well organised with good written and verbal communication skills.
