Job Description
Our client is the UK's largest mutual fund manager and the European leader in pan-European equities. Their UK Customer Contact Centre plays a large part in first-line customer care. They require an associate to become an integral part of the Customer service department.
The role is extremely varied and involves responding to incoming phone calls from intermediaries and direct clients. You will be expected to respond to a variety of different types of enquiries which may include: information on a customer account, the details about a particular product, the resolution and prevention of a problem, in addition to web navigation and online queries.
Your role is to ensure that all interactions with a customer are handled in a timely manner with a quality of response that continually exceeds the customers' expectations. Every contact with a customer should be seen as an opportunity to meet our business goal of acquiring new and retaining existing assets.
You will require excellent communication and organisational skills, together with strong attention to detail. You will be expected to work under your own initiative and also be comfortable representing the call centre throughout the business. You will be an experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite. Training will also be given.
