Job Description
An Onboard & Open Account Management Team Member is sought by the UK's leading wealth manager, serving affluent, high net worth and intermediary clients worldwide, providing international and private banking, fiduciary services, investment management and brokerage.
Based in London, the role holder will be responsible for delivering an excellent internal and external client experience for the account management function by consistently applying anti-money laundering and client due diligence policies and procedures to the maintenance of existing clients, the on-boarding of new clients and opening support bank accounts for both new and existing clients.
The role holder will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of new client on-boarding requests initially received from the private bank, including the creation of the client record within the relevant internal database and document management system.
The right candidate will ideally have relevant experience within financial services and an awareness of FSA/KYC/AML regulatory requirements. The right candidate will be passionate, energetic, driven and results orientated.
