Job Description
A Managed Funds Administrator is required for an eminent asset management house. The role is based in London.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the corporate pensions managed funds administration team.
Principal accountabilities will focus upon:
- Processing and authorising client investment and disinvestment instructions
- Investigating and resolving client queries
- Preparing issue of client documentation (confirmations, statements, valuations, policy documents, etc)
- Preparing audit letters
- Communicating effectively with clients and administrators
Solid administration or retail experience is essential for this role, and the ideal candidate will have solid academics and technical knowledge. The role requires a highly methodical approach to work, which will be demonstrated through your previous experience.
