Job Description
One of the world's leading financial institutions, specialising in asset servicing, requires a corporate actions team manager. The role is based in London.
As a successful corporate actions team manager, you will be responsible for the effective operation of a friendly team of professionals and the processes involved. You will be responsible for the staff management of the section, and ensure section is managed in a way which reflects the firm's culture and values
Principal responsibilities focus on ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all voluntary corporate actions. You will have management of the clearance of all stock and cash exception, and escalate issues which may have significant impact on client satisfaction and risk to the firm.
The role is highly demanding and requires previous experience within a management role. Strong in-depth experience in income or corporate actions is essential, and you will demonstrate strong staff management and organizational skills.
