Job Description
A client services representative is required for the world's leading provider of financial services to institutional investors including investment servicing, investment management and investment research and trading. The role is based in London, and is within investor services.
The client service representative's role is to act as a single point of contact for investment managers and help resolve daily operational issues by issuing information available on investment management workstations and/or liaising with other areas of the bank.
Each client service representative is responsible for a number of investment managers and reports to the account client group manager; currently client service representatives work in six teams. It is essential that the representatives develop and maintain a clear understanding of their funds and of the client requirements connected with these.
The investment management certificate or similar industry standard qualification would be useful. A good education is beneficial, but previous custody or investment manager experience is more relevant. The role is ideal for a flexible team player, who can work to tight deadlines.
