Job Description
A senior data management administrator is required for a premier, pre-eminent asset management house, with global prestige. The role is based in London.
The role will be to act as a senior, fully competent technician on the data management team.
As a successful senior data management administrator, your responsibilities will be to ensure all information provided to clients is timely & accurate, within agreed timeframes as per the business. You will be in charge of the maintenance of substantial aspects of static data on systems. Under supervision, you will carry out daily routines of the section as in the detailed procedures.
Previous experience in securities database maintenance or a closely related function is required. You will also have adequate experience in securities database maintenance or closely related function ideally using Hiportfolio.
The role requires the person to be reliable, conscientious and have the ability to work as part of a team.
