Job Description
A client due diligence business partner is required for the UK's leading wealth manager, serving affluent, high net worth and intermediary clients worldwide, providing international and private banking, fiduciary services, investment management and brokerage.
Based in the London Docklands, the role holder will proactively liaise between the front office, account management high net worth and affluent teams adhering to service level agreement targets and creating a culture that delivers excellent service whilst following all policies and procedures. The candidate will ensure relevant and effective controls are diligently applied and reviewed regularly to produce clear and accurate management information to highlight any issues.
The right candidate will have a proven track record within an operational environment demonstrating a well developed understanding of operational processes and the concept of risk management and control. The candidate will have a good understanding of client service, operations and processing disciplines with an awareness of market initiatives, both global and local.
