Job Description
A Research Specialist is required for one of the UK's largest mutual fund managers and the European leader in pan-European equities. The role is based in London.
This role will be supporting the team of fund analysts/portfolio managers and the head of investment in addition to working with a dedicated investment communications consultant supporting these investment professionals. This is very much a team role'.
You will, as successful research specialist, implement and maintain tools, applications and reports that provide quantitative input and/or support to the multi-manager investment process. You will be collating input and support analysis of data received from fund management companies using portfolio analytics tools.
We are seeking candidates with graduate-level academic backgrounds (or equivalent) in maths, economics, finance or related discipline. Experience and knowledge of quantitative analysis, risk management and performance attribution is required. Proven asset management experience is essential.
