Job Description
A senior client account executive is required for corporate pensions within a premier, brand-name asset management house. The role is based in London.
The role of the senior client account executive is to assist the team leader to manage a team providing efficient and effective administration service to clients and a support service to the client account managers, maintaining continuity of contact with clients and consultants
Principal accountabilities will be to provide support to the management team by monitoring and reporting work flows ensuring departmental turnaround standards are developed and consistently met. The senior client account executive will also deputise for the team leader in their absence.
Solid experience of working in an administrational or other support role within a financially orientated business (investments, pensions, etc.) is required. You will also have experience of customer contact on the phone.
This role is the first step into line management, ideal for an individual with a desire to develop their people management, administrative and client-facing skills, building on previous experience in this area.
This opportunity can provide the potential to learn a great deal about the investment markets in general and index tracking in particular. Incumbents will also gain a broad understanding of key pensions issues and people management.
