Job Description
Our client based in city is seeking a candidate looking for their next move in the city, to be considered for this role within Investment management you should ideally have Private/Retail banking or Investment Management experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Input of contracts and Settlement instructions on the systems provided, ensuring that relevant instructions are accurate and sent within deadlines.
·Ensure all tickets from the Investment managers are duly authorised before processing.
·Check all incoming confirmations relating to transactions in the market and liase with brokers regarding any missing confirmations or differences.
·Report any expected failure of process to the supervisor.
·Distribute all incoming SWIFT paperwork received to the relevant sections of the department by SWIFT message type.
·To ensure that filing is completed on a daily basis.
·Maintain a complete record of transactions on the systems provided.
·Attendance at meetings, as required.
· Assist other members of the Investment Operations department when and where necessary and to provide cover for holiday's and sickness.
