Job Description
A European shareholder services analyst/associate is required by a pre-eminent provider of asset management services. The role is based in London.
The role will consist of being a member of the offshore funds investment centre and providing excellent client service to clients from all European regions in relation to the firm's offshore mutual funds. The role will also require being pro-active in identifying client service enhancements and evolving these ideas into implementation or making recommendations to management.
Knowledge of mutual fund transfer agent operations/processing and compliance standards is required. You will have previous experience of working with European-based distribution would be preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years on a client servicing team.
This job prefers business/financial industry experience in the mutual funds industry. Exposure to dealing in funds domiciled in different regions and currencies is important.
